How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please send an email to the address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your email:

Game ID — go to Settings > Account > Copy Game ID in the App
Email address — the email associated with your account (if signed in via Google or Apple)

You can also delete your account directly within the App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Your account and authentication information (email, sign-in provider)
Game progress data (game time, fast forward time, harvest timer)
In-game currency (Sweet Potato Energy balance)
Diary unlock status and read history
All personal diary entries you have written — including diary metadata (title, game time, language, timestamps) stored under user_diaries and diary body text stored under user_diary_bodies. Both are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Local diary screenshots — thumbnail images stored on your device are deleted during the account deletion process.
User diary unlock status
Ad viewing history
Session and device information

What Is NOT Deleted

Anonymized analytics data — Aggregated analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics that cannot be linked back to your account may be retained.
Third-party data — Data independently collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics) is subject to those services' own retention policies.
Game UID record — Your unique Game ID is marked as withdrawn (not fully removed) to prevent reuse. This record cannot be linked back to your personal information after account deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game progress and data will be lost. Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
