본 이용약관("본 약관")은 케이("개발자", "당사")가 개발한 모바일 다이어리 앱 Kay's Records("본 앱")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 본 앱을 내려받거나 설치하거나 이용하시는 경우 본 약관에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다.
Kay's Records는 다이어리 앱입니다. 짧은 일기를 매일 기록하고(선택 항목인 기분 기록과 "중요한 날" 표시 포함), 개발자 케이의 실제 일기를 연재로 받아 보고, 이미 받은 일기는 앱 내 책장에서 다시 읽을 수 있으며(아직 도착하지 않은 일기는 씨앗으로 열 수 있습니다), 계정 아이디로 추가한 친구와 선택적으로 일기를 주고받고, 자신의 기록을 지도와 캘린더로 돌아볼 수 있습니다. 앱 내 재화(씨앗)는 제4항에 기재된 선택적 편의 기능에 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자 본인의 일기는 기본적으로 비공개이며 제8-1항에 기재된 경우에만 공유됩니다.
본 앱을 이용하시려면 만 16세 이상(또는 해당 국가에서 정한 최소 연령 이상)이어야 합니다. 본 앱을 이용하시는 것은 이 연령 요건을 충족함을 진술하시는 것입니다.
Google 또는 Apple로 로그인하시거나 게스트로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 계정 인증 정보의 기밀 유지 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 게스트 계정은 기기에만 저장되므로 분실 시 복구할 수 없습니다. 기기 변경, 앱 재설치, 게스트 계정을 로그인 수단에 연동하지 않아 발생한 데이터 손실에 대하여 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
씨앗은 본 앱의 소모성 앱 내 재화입니다. 씨앗은 다음 선택 기능에 사용할 수 있습니다: 쉼표(연속 기록 보호), 연속 기록 복구, 케이의 책장에 있는 일기 열기, 케이의 다음 일기 미리보기, 지난 날짜에 기록 추가, 그리고 친구 자리 추가 확보. 친구 자리는 다음과 같이 운영됩니다. 일정 수의 자리는 무료로 제공되고, 그 이후 자리는 한 칸마다 씨앗이 들며, 친구 수에는 상한이 있습니다. 친구 1명당 양쪽이 각각 자리 1칸을 사용하며, 대기 중인 요청은 자리를 사용하지 않습니다. 무료 자리 수, 다음 자리의 가격, 상한은 이용자가 씨앗을 사용하기 전에 앱에 표시됩니다. 씨앗은 앱 안에서 획득하거나(예: 온보딩을 마쳤을 때 1회 지급되는 환영 선물, 하루 첫 기록 보상, 보상형 광고 시청 — 일일 한도 적용) 팩으로 구매할 수 있습니다.
모든 구매는 확정되며 환불되지 않습니다. 다만 관계 법령이 요구하는 경우 또는 구매가 이루어진 플랫폼(Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어)의 정책에 따르는 경우는 예외입니다. 환불 요청은 해당 스토어의 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
본 앱은 Google AdMob이 제공하는 배너 광고와 이용자가 선택하여 시청하는 보상형 광고를 표시합니다. 본 앱은 전면 광고(인터스티셜)를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고 제거 상품을 구매하시면 배너 광고는 더 이상 표시되지 않으며, 보상형 광고는 씨앗을 얻는 선택적 수단으로 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 본 앱을 이용하시는 것은 광고가 앱 경험의 일부임을 인지하시는 것입니다. 광고의 노출 여부와 내용은 제3자 광고 네트워크가 관리하며 개발자가 통제하지 않습니다.
본 앱의 일기(모든 번역물 및 2차적 저작물 포함), 일러스트레이션, 캐릭터 디자인("케이"와 "엘" 캐릭터 포함), UI 요소는 개발자가 창작하였거나 개발자를 위하여 창작된 저작물로서 저작권법 및 지식재산권법의 보호를 받습니다. "Kay's Records"라는 명칭은 개발자의 상표이며 대한민국에 등록되어 있습니다. 본 앱에 사용된 일부 폰트, 사운드 및 그 밖의 제3자 구성요소는 각 권리자로부터 라이선스를 받은 것으로, 오픈소스 라이선스 페이지를 참조하십시오. 일기는 개발자의 개인적 저작물이므로 사전 서면 동의 없이 본 앱 밖에서 복제·배포·이용할 수 없습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않기로 합니다.
개인 일기 기능으로 작성한 내용에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자의 일기는 기본적으로 비공개이며, 일기 공유 기능을 통하여 공유를 켜 둔 개별 일기에 한하여 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다(제8-1항 참조). 이용자는 이 기능을 이용하여 위법한 내용을 저장하거나 공유하지 않기로 합니다.
본 앱은 1건당 최대 300자(현재 한도는 앱에 표시됩니다)의 일기를 선택 항목인 기분 기록 및 "중요한 날" 표시와 함께 작성할 수 있는 개인 일기 기능을 제공합니다. 하루에 여러 건을 작성할 수 있고 씨앗을 사용하여 지난 날짜에 기록을 추가할 수 있으며, 하루 작성 건수에는 앱에 표시되는 합리적인 이용 한도가 적용될 수 있습니다. 이 기능을 이용하시는 경우 다음 사항을 인지하고 이에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다.
개발자는 이용자가 자발적으로 제공한 민감한 개인정보를 포함하여, 일기에 입력한 내용으로 인하여 발생하는 손실·손해·결과에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 앱은 친구와 연결하여 선택한 일기를 공유할 수 있는 선택 기능인 일기 공유("교환일기")를 제공합니다. 이 기능을 이용하시는 경우 다음 사항을 인지하고 이에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다.
본 앱의 일기는 개발자의 실제 경험과 개인적 성찰에 기초합니다. 일기에 등장하는 제3자는 익명화하거나 각색하였으며(예: 가명 또는 이니셜로 지칭), 일기에는 그들을 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 일기에 표현된 견해·의견·경험은 개발자 개인의 것이며 어떠한 종류의 전문적 조언도 구성하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 자신의 기록을 쓰고 돌아보기 위한 도구입니다. 본 앱은 의료기기나 정신건강 서비스가 아니며, 본 앱의 어떠한 내용도 의학적·심리학적·치료적 조언이나 진단, 치료를 구성하지 않습니다. 건강이나 안녕에 관하여 우려가 있으시면 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
당사는 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 본 앱(또는 그 일부)을 변경·중단·종료할 권리를 보유합니다. 당사는 새로운 일기 콘텐츠, 기능, 인앱 구매 옵션을 추가하는 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다. 업데이트 이후에도 본 앱을 계속 이용하시는 것은 변경 사항에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다.
본 앱이 영구히 종료되는 경우, 당사는 최소 30일 전에(앱 또는 가능한 경우 이메일을 통하여) 통지하고 서비스 종료 전에 이용자가 계정과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 통지 기간이 지나면 남아 있는 모든 이용자 데이터는 당사 서버에서 영구히 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 그리고 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 본 앱이 중단되지 않거나 오류가 없거나 유해한 요소가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다.
관계 법령이 허용하는 최대한의 범위에서, 개발자는 이용자의 본 앱 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인하여 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해(기록이나 데이터의 손실을 포함합니다)에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나 다른 이용자 또는 본 앱에 해롭다고 판단되는 행위에 대하여 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 이용자의 접근을 종료하거나 정지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 본 앱 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석되며, 법의 저촉에 관한 규정은 적용하지 않습니다.
당사는 본 약관을 수시로 개정할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 시행일과 함께 본 페이지에 게시됩니다. 변경 사항 게시 이후에도 본 앱을 계속 이용하시는 것은 개정된 약관에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Kay（以下「開発者」「当社」または「私たち」）が開発したモバイル日記アプリ Kay's Records（以下「本アプリ」）のお客様によるご利用について定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、またはご利用いただくことにより、お客様は本規約に拘束されることに同意されたものとみなされます。
Kay's Records は日記アプリです。お客様は、短い日々の日記（任意の気分評価および「大切な日」マーカーを添えたもの）を書き、開発者である Kay の実生活の日記を連載として受け取り、Kay がお客様にすでに送った日記をアプリ内の本棚で読み返し（また、まだ届いていない日記をたねで解放し）、任意で、アカウントIDにより追加された友達と日記を交換し、お客様の記録をマップおよびカレンダーとして振り返ることができます。アプリ内通貨（たね）は、第4条に記載する任意の便利機能に使用することができます。お客様ご自身の日記は初期設定では非公開であり、第8-1条に記載する方法によってのみ共有されます。
本アプリをご利用いただくには、16歳以上（またはお客様の法域において必要とされる最低年齢以上）である必要があります。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、お客様はこの年齢要件を満たしていることを表明されるものとします。
お客様は、Google もしくは Apple を用いてサインインするか、またはゲストとしてプレイすることができます。お客様は、ご自身のアカウントの認証情報を秘密に保つ責任を負います。ゲストアカウントはお客様の端末にローカルに保存され、失われた場合に復元することはできません。当社は、端末の変更、アプリの再インストール、またはゲストアカウントをサインイン方法に連携されなかったことに起因するデータの喪失について、責任を負いません。
たねは、本アプリの消費型のアプリ内通貨です。たねは任意の機能、すなわち、ストリークのコンマ（ストリーク凍結）、ストリークの修復、Kay の本棚の日記の解放、Kay の次の日記の先読み、過去の日付への日記の追加、および友達スロットの追加解放に使用することができます。友達スロットは以下のとおり機能します。一定数のスロットは無料であり、追加のスロットは1つごとにたねを要し、友達の人数には上限があります。友達1人につき双方がそれぞれスロットを1つ使用し、承認待ちのリクエストはスロットを使用しません。無料のスロットの数、次のスロットの費用、および上限は、お客様が何かを消費される前に本アプリ内に表示されます。たねは、本アプリ内で獲得する（たとえば、オンボーディングを完了された際の1回限りのウェルカム付与、1日の最初の日記に対する報酬、または1日あたりの上限の範囲内でリワード広告を視聴すること）か、またはパックとして購入することができます。
すべての購入は最終的なものであり、返金されません。ただし、適用される法令、または購入が行われたプラットフォーム（Apple App Store もしくは Google Play Store）のポリシーにより要求される場合を除きます。返金のご請求は、該当するストアの返金ポリシーに従って処理されます。
本アプリは、Google AdMob が提供するバナー広告およびオプトイン式のリワード広告を表示します。本アプリは、全画面のインタースティシャル広告を表示しません。お客様が広告削除の商品を購入された場合、バナー広告は表示されなくなります。リワード広告は、たねを獲得するための任意の手段として引き続きご利用いただけます。本アプリをご利用いただくことにより、お客様は、広告が本アプリの体験の一部であることを了承されるものとします。広告の提供可能性および内容は、第三者の広告ネットワークにより管理されており、開発者が制御するものではありません。
本アプリ内の日記（そのすべての翻訳および二次的著作物を含みます）、イラスト、キャラクターデザイン（「Kay」および「El」のキャラクターを含みます）、ならびに UI の要素は、開発者により、または開発者のために制作されたオリジナルの著作物であり、著作権法および知的財産法により保護されています。「Kay's Records」の名称は、大韓民国において登録された開発者の商標です。本アプリで使用されている一部のフォント、サウンドその他の第三者の構成要素は、それぞれの権利者からライセンスを受けています。オープンソースライセンスのページをご覧ください。日記は開発者の個人的な著作物であり、事前の書面による許可なく、本アプリの外で複製、配布、または利用することはできません。
お客様は、以下の行為を行わないことに同意されるものとします。
お客様は、個人日記機能を用いて作成された内容について、単独で責任を負います。お客様の日記は初期設定では非公開であり、日記共有機能を用いてお客様が共有をオンにされた個々の日記についてのみ、他のユーザーに表示されます（第8-1条をご参照ください）。お客様は、違法な内容を保存または共有するために本機能を利用しないことに同意されるものとします。
本アプリは、1件あたり最大300文字（現在の上限は本アプリ内に表示されます）の日記を、任意の気分評価および「大切な日」マーカーとともに書くことができる個人日記機能を提供します。お客様は1日に複数の日記を書くことができ、また、たねを使用して過去の日付に日記を追加することができます。1日あたりの日記の件数は、本アプリ内に表示される合理的な公正利用の制限を受ける場合があります。本機能をご利用いただくことにより、お客様は以下の事項を了承し、これに同意されるものとします。
開発者は、お客様が自発的に提供された機微な個人情報を含め、お客様が日記に入力された内容に起因するいかなる損失、損害、または結果についても、責任を負いません。
本アプリは、友達とつながり、選択した日記を友達と共有することができる、任意の日記共有（「日記交換」）機能を提供します。本機能をご利用いただくことにより、お客様は以下の事項を了承し、これに同意されるものとします。
本アプリ内の日記は、開発者の実生活における経験および個人的な振り返りに基づくものです。日記に登場する第三者は匿名化または脚色されており（たとえば、仮名またはイニシャルによって言及されます）、日記には、それらの者を識別する情報は含まれていません。日記に表明された見解、意見、および経験は、開発者個人のものであり、いかなる種類の専門的な助言を構成するものでもありません。
本アプリは、お客様ご自身の記録を書き、振り返るための道具です。本アプリは医療機器でもメンタルヘルスのサービスでもなく、本アプリ内のいかなるものも、医学的、心理学的、または治療上の助言、診断、もしくは治療を構成するものではありません。ご自身の健康または心身の状態についてご不安がある場合は、資格を有する専門家にご相談ください。
当社は、事前の通知なくいつでも、本アプリ（またはその一部）を変更し、停止し、または終了する権利を留保します。当社は、新たな日記のコンテンツ、機能、またはアプリ内購入の選択肢を追加するアップデートを提供する場合があります。アップデートの後も本アプリのご利用を継続されることは、いかなる変更にも同意されたことを意味します。
本アプリが恒久的に終了される場合、当社は、少なくとも30日前に（本アプリを通じて、または可能な場合にはメールにより）通知を行い、サービスが終了される前に、ユーザーがそのアカウントおよびデータを削除する機会を提供します。通知期間の経過後、残存するすべてのユーザーデータは、当社のサーバーから恒久的に削除されます。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されるものであり、明示であるか黙示であるかを問わず、いかなる種類の保証も伴いません。当社は、本アプリが中断されないこと、エラーがないこと、または有害な構成要素を含まないことを保証しません。
適用される法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、開発者は、記録またはデータの喪失を含め、お客様による本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因する間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的な損害について、責任を負いません。
当社は、本規約に違反すると当社が判断する行為、または他のユーザーもしくは本アプリに有害であると当社が判断する行為があった場合、事前の通知なくいつでも、お客様の本アプリへのアクセスを終了または停止することができます。お客様はいつでも、本アプリのご利用をやめ、お客様のアカウントを削除することができます。
本規約は、抵触法の規定にかかわらず、大韓民国の法律に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
当社は、本規約を随時更新することがあります。変更があった場合には、更新後の施行日とともに本ページに掲載します。変更が掲載された後も本アプリのご利用を継続されることは、改訂後の本規約に同意されたことを意味します。

Estas Condiciones del Servicio ("Condiciones") rigen el uso que usted haga de Kay's Records ("la Aplicación"), una aplicación móvil de diario desarrollada por Kay ("el Desarrollador", "nosotros" o "nuestro"). Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la Aplicación, usted acepta quedar vinculado por estas Condiciones.
Kay's Records es una aplicación de diario. Puede escribir entradas de diario breves cada día (con una valoración opcional del estado de ánimo y un marcador de "día importante"), recibir las entradas de diario de la vida real del desarrollador, Kay, entregadas por entregas, releer en la estantería de la aplicación las entradas que Kay ya le ha enviado (y desbloquear con Semillas las entradas que aún no han llegado), intercambiar diarios de forma opcional con los amigos que añada mediante su ID de cuenta, y repasar sus registros en forma de mapa y de calendario. Una moneda dentro de la aplicación (Semillas) puede gastarse en funciones opcionales de conveniencia descritas en la Sección 4. Sus propias entradas de diario son privadas de forma predeterminada y solo se comparten según se describe en la Sección 8-1.
Debe tener al menos 16 años (o la edad mínima exigida en su jurisdicción) para utilizar la Aplicación. Al utilizar la Aplicación, usted declara que cumple este requisito de edad.
Puede iniciar sesión con Google o con Apple, o jugar como invitado. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de las credenciales de su cuenta. Las cuentas de invitado se almacenan localmente en su dispositivo y no pueden recuperarse si se pierden. No nos hacemos responsables de ninguna pérdida de datos derivada de cambios de dispositivo, de la reinstalación de la aplicación o de no haber vinculado una cuenta de invitado a un método de inicio de sesión.
Las Semillas son la moneda consumible de la Aplicación dentro de la aplicación. Pueden gastarse en funciones opcionales: comas de racha (congelaciones de racha), reparación de la racha, desbloqueo de entradas en la estantería de Kay, vista previa de la siguiente entrada de diario de Kay, añadir una entrada a una fecha pasada y desbloquear espacios de amigo adicionales. Los espacios de amigo funcionan del siguiente modo: un número determinado de espacios es gratuito y cada espacio adicional cuesta Semillas, hasta un número máximo de amigos. Cada amistad utiliza un espacio en ambos lados, y las solicitudes pendientes no utilizan ningún espacio. El número de espacios gratuitos, el coste del siguiente espacio y el máximo se muestran en la Aplicación antes de que usted gaste nada. Las Semillas pueden obtenerse dentro de la Aplicación (por ejemplo, mediante una concesión de bienvenida única al terminar la introducción, una recompensa diaria por la primera entrada, o viendo anuncios recompensados, con sujeción a límites diarios) o adquirirse en paquetes.
Todas las compras son definitivas y no reembolsables, salvo que así lo exijan la legislación aplicable o las políticas de la plataforma (Apple App Store o Google Play Store) a través de la cual se realizó la compra. Las solicitudes de reembolso se tramitan conforme a la política de reembolsos de la tienda correspondiente.
La Aplicación muestra anuncios de banner y anuncios recompensados de aceptación voluntaria proporcionados por Google AdMob. La Aplicación no muestra anuncios intersticiales a pantalla completa. Si adquiere el producto de eliminación de anuncios, dejan de mostrarse los anuncios de banner; los anuncios recompensados siguen estando disponibles como forma opcional de obtener Semillas. Al utilizar la Aplicación, usted reconoce que los anuncios forman parte de la experiencia de la Aplicación. La disponibilidad y el contenido de los anuncios los gestionan redes publicitarias de terceros y no están bajo el control del Desarrollador.
Las entradas de diario — incluidas todas sus traducciones y las obras derivadas de estas —, las ilustraciones, los diseños de los personajes (incluidos los personajes "Kay" y "El") y los elementos de interfaz de la Aplicación son obras originales creadas por el Desarrollador o para él y están protegidas por las leyes de derechos de autor y de propiedad intelectual. El nombre "Kay's Records" es una marca del Desarrollador, registrada en la República de Corea. Algunas fuentes, sonidos y otros componentes de terceros utilizados en la Aplicación están licenciados por sus respectivos titulares; consulte la página de Licencias de código abierto. Las entradas de diario son escritos personales del Desarrollador y no pueden reproducirse, distribuirse ni utilizarse fuera de la Aplicación sin autorización previa por escrito.
Usted se compromete a no:
Usted es el único responsable del contenido que cree utilizando la función de diario personal. Sus entradas de diario son privadas de forma predeterminada y solo resultan visibles para otros usuarios en el caso de las entradas concretas para las que haya activado la compartición, mediante la función de compartir el diario (véase la Sección 8-1). Usted se compromete a no utilizar esta función para almacenar o compartir contenido ilegal.
La Aplicación ofrece una función de diario personal que le permite escribir entradas de diario de hasta 300 caracteres cada una (el límite vigente se muestra en la Aplicación), con una valoración opcional del estado de ánimo y un marcador de "día importante". Puede escribir varias entradas al día y puede gastar Semillas para añadir entradas a fechas pasadas; el número de entradas por día puede estar sujeto a límites razonables de uso justo que se muestran en la Aplicación. Al utilizar esta función, usted reconoce y acepta lo siguiente:
El Desarrollador no asume responsabilidad alguna por cualquier pérdida, daño o consecuencia derivada del contenido que introduzca en sus entradas de diario, incluida cualquier información personal sensible que facilite de forma voluntaria.
La Aplicación ofrece una función opcional de compartir el diario ("intercambio de diarios") que le permite conectarse con amigos y compartir con ellos entradas de diario seleccionadas. Al utilizar esta función, usted reconoce y acepta lo siguiente:
Las entradas de diario de la Aplicación se basan en experiencias de la vida real y en reflexiones personales del Desarrollador. Los terceros que aparecen en las entradas están anonimizados o adaptados (por ejemplo, se les designa mediante seudónimos o iniciales), y las entradas no incluyen información que permita identificarlos. Los puntos de vista, las opiniones y las experiencias expresados en los diarios son personales del Desarrollador y no constituyen asesoramiento profesional de ningún tipo.
La Aplicación es una herramienta para escribir y repasar sus propios registros. No es un dispositivo médico ni un servicio de salud mental, y nada de lo contenido en la Aplicación constituye asesoramiento, diagnóstico o tratamiento médico, psicológico o terapéutico. Si tiene preocupaciones sobre su salud o su bienestar, consulte a un profesional cualificado.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar la Aplicación (o cualquier parte de ella) en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. Podemos publicar actualizaciones que añadan nuevo contenido de diario, nuevas funciones u opciones de compra dentro de la aplicación. El uso continuado de la Aplicación tras las actualizaciones constituye la aceptación de cualquier cambio.
En caso de que la Aplicación se descontinúe de forma permanente, avisaremos con al menos 30 días de antelación (a través de la Aplicación o por correo electrónico, cuando sea posible) y ofreceremos a los usuarios la oportunidad de eliminar sus cuentas y sus datos antes de que finalice el servicio. Transcurrido el plazo del aviso, todos los datos de usuario restantes se eliminarán de forma permanente de nuestros servidores.
La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la Aplicación vaya a funcionar sin interrupciones, sin errores o libre de componentes dañinos.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kay's Records ("the App"), a mobile diary app developed by Kay ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kay's Records is a diary app. You can write short daily diary entries (with an optional mood rating and an "important day" marker), receive the real-life diary entries of the developer, Kay, delivered as a series, re-read the entries Kay has already sent you in the in-app bookshelf (and unlock entries that have not arrived yet with Seeds), optionally exchange diaries with friends you add by Account ID, and look back on your records as a map and calendar. An in-app currency (Seeds) can be spent on optional convenience features described in Section 4. Your own diary entries are private by default and are shared only as described in Section 8-1.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign in using Google, Apple, or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Guest accounts are stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if lost. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device changes, app reinstallation, or failure to link a guest account to a sign-in method.
Seeds are the App's consumable in-app currency. They can be spent on optional features: streak commas (streak freezes), streak repair, unlocking entries in Kay's bookshelf, previewing Kay's next diary entry, adding an entry to a past date, and unlocking additional friend slots. Friend slots work as follows: a number of slots are free, and each additional slot costs Seeds, up to a maximum number of friends. Each friendship uses one slot on both sides, and pending requests do not use a slot. The number of free slots, the cost of the next slot, and the maximum are shown in the App before you spend anything. Seeds can be earned within the App (for example, a one-time welcome grant when you finish onboarding, a daily first-entry reward, or by watching rewarded advertisements, subject to daily limits) or purchased in packs.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which the purchase was made. Refund requests are handled according to the applicable store's refund policy.
The App displays banner advertisements and opt-in rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The App does not show full-screen interstitial ads. If you purchase the ad-removal product, banner ads are no longer displayed; rewarded ads remain available as an optional way to earn Seeds. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements are part of the App experience. Ad availability and content are managed by third-party ad networks and are not controlled by the Developer.
The diary entries — including all translations and derivative works thereof — illustrations, character designs (including the characters "Kay" and "El"), and UI elements in the App are original works created by or for the Developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The name "Kay's Records" is a trademark of the Developer, registered in the Republic of Korea. Some fonts, sounds, and other third-party components used in the App are licensed from their respective owners; see the Open Source Licenses page. The diary entries are personal writings of the Developer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the App without prior written permission.

You are solely responsible for any content you create using the personal diary feature. Your diary entries are private by default and are visible to other users only for the individual entries you have turned sharing on for, using the diary sharing feature (see Section 8-1). You agree not to use this feature to store or share illegal content.
The App provides a personal diary feature that allows you to write diary entries of up to 300 characters each (the current limit is shown in the App), with an optional mood rating and an "important day" marker. You may write multiple entries per day, and you may spend Seeds to add entries to past dates; the number of entries per day may be subject to reasonable fair-use limits shown in the App. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The Developer assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the content you enter in your diary entries, including any sensitive personal information you voluntarily provide.
The App provides an optional diary sharing ("diary exchange") feature that lets you connect with friends and share selected diary entries with them. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The diary entries in the App are based on the Developer's real-life experiences and personal reflections. Third parties who appear in the entries are anonymized or adapted (for example, referred to by pseudonyms or initials), and the entries do not include information identifying them. Views, opinions, and experiences expressed in the diaries are personal to the Developer and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
The App is a tool for writing and looking back on your own records. It is not a medical device or a mental-health service, and nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may release updates that add new diary content, features, or in-app purchase options. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
In the event that the App is permanently discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days' notice (via the App or email, where available) and offer users the opportunity to delete their accounts and data before the service is terminated. After the notice period, all remaining user data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of records or data.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
